My grandfather u...God I adore unpasteurized cider. My grandfather used to keep it and let it go 'hard'. i spend all season looking for places that dont pasteurize.<BR/>I also love Shelburne Falls. We took a ride out a few summers ago to photo the bridge. Love the little coffee shop and that crazy market on the other side of the bridge.
